Nathan Macqueen MBE is a Paralympic archer whose determination, skill, and resilience have made him a standout athlete in the world of para-archery. He took up archery initially as a young boy and then again later in his late 20's.
Competing in the compound bow category, Nathan has represented Great Britain on the international stage, which has earned him numerous accolades, including a gold medal at the Paralympic Games and silver at the World Championships amongst many others.
Beyond his athletic achievements he uses his platform to advocate for inclusivity and accessibility in sports. He is actively involved in mentoring young athletes, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and break barriers. He is also a husband and father and enjoys cooking in his spare time.
